Shipping Policy
  • Ground shipping within 1 to 7 business days for in-stock items

  • In-store custom collection available within 1 to 15 business days

  • Next-day and Express delivery options are also available at extra cost

Return & Exchange Policy

How do I return an item?
 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. The Light Apparel Masonic & OES Shop will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 15 days of the original ship date with a copy of the receipt.

 

For phone orders, placed by retail customers, refunds will be made in the original form of payment with a copy of the original receipt. A restocking fee of $10 or 10% of the order, whichever is greater will apply. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ITEMS PURCHASED AT EVENTS; however, merchandise may be exchanged for a different size. All shipping charges will be your responsibility.

 

Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Please include a brief note outlining your reason for returning the item and your contact information.
